This broccoli-cauliflower rice recipe is great when you need a well tasting and healthy low carb substitute for rice.
Use half a half a cauliflower head and 1 broccoli.
Clean them, and grate them very fine, mix together.
Add just a little olive oil to make the mixture easy to digest, and use it instead of rice.
It looks good, and it tastes even better.
I use it with all kinds of sauces, especially together with the dish low carb meatballs in curry.
